But the Prankster also utilizes the proven Step Rail Technology from the successful Surface to Air model to achieve the best of both worlds in the volume versus edge control battle. This board shines in its ease of use as the twin tip design promotes the "no jibe" policy ofkiteboarding. It can be ridden withfootstrapsor wake sandals for easy water access or high wrap bindings for fullwakeboardstyle commitment.

The Prankster is constructed with an EPS core and composite materials in a compression mold for strength and durability. Both sizes are available in two lay-ups,AluTechor CarbonKevlar. AluTechoffers a smooth ride and excellent feel. The CarbonKevlaris stiffer and will yield a positive, light ride.

The Prankster twin tip is an intermediate to expert board and isalso a perfect transition board for someone who wants to progress intowakeboardingbut wants to stay with a higher volume board.

Alutech vs Carbon
The differences in performance between the Alutech and Carbon Kevlar models are mainly due to the stiffness. The Alutech version is a softer ride with more flex and pop. The Carbon Kevlar version is stiffer and delivers a crisper ride. Carbon Kevlar is recommended for larger riders.
