PERFORMANCE CHARACTERISTICS
For big waves, small waves, freestyle or just light wind cruising, these boards are so much fun that everyone wants one. With the release of the 5’5” in 2005, Naish set the new standard for performance in a wave board. For 2006, a second, smaller sized wave board has been added to the range.

WHAT’S NEW IN DESIGN
The 5’5” was designed to generate and carry speed on the wave. Since its release it has proven its performance in both competition and waves around the world. The 5’2” is easier to handle in higher winds and faster board speeds. It will not generate as much power as the 5’5”, but the narrower width, thinner rails, more parallel outline and round pin tail keep the 5’2” locked in for even more radical conditions.

construction with a core material specially
developed to be ideal for the shape and performance
requirements of these specific designs.
