With the kitesurfing season coming to a close it's now time to unpack the new FYX snowkite and get the skis out of the garage.
This year's season on the water has been great. I did the whole KPWT tour and I learned a lot about competing and how to ride both wave and freestyle. This year I used the Ozone Instincts Sport which I am super happy to ride. This kite is good for both disciplines. It’s easy to ride, fast and you have full control. I also have to add that the quality is really good. I used my kites a lot and I didn't break one and it’s not for lack of trying.
Now I’m looking forward to the new Instincts '09 range. I saw some photos of Matt riding with the Orca Whales ( he’s crazy)! The kites for next year look amazing and I can’t wait to try them!
My plans for this winter are to kite a lot in the snow but also train some more in the water. I will travel to the mountains (Haugatol) during X-mas time and try the new FYX kite. I can’t wait to try it! I've heard only good things about this kite and I can say that it looks great. After X-mas, I will go to the SKM and I hope to see many riders there so we can have a great time!
