Torrin news - rocking on Instinct Sport+
00:22 @ 09-03-09, 140 keer bekekenHey Guys,
I have had each Sport+ 09 size out in a range of conditions and they all perform very well, super smooth and very stable in the sky even in gusty conditions. And so easy to re-launch, no effort is needed to get them back into the sky!
For unhooked tricks in higher winds on the smaller sizes (7m and 9m) I have been using the middle turning speed option - one leader line attached at the "Racecar" knot with the other leader line attached to the "Tractor" knot, to slow the kite down slightly. This has been great for unhooked kiteloops and handle passes as the loop is bigger and longer, generating more power to go bigger! Also when doing low handle pass tricks the kite is slightly less reactive to bar movements, which helps for getting your hand back on the bar after making a pass.
I am now in Australia on the Sunshine Coast, hoping to get some epic riding in to learn some new things! So far I have had some nice sessions riding 11m and 13m Sport+ in lighter winds, they definitely have a great bottom end when the wind drops off a bit.
Have fun!
