IKA Constitution Amended

After the IKA conference held in Dusseldorf end of January, the national associations working party has drafted a new constitution, moving the control of the class to the national associations. This new constitution has been approved in a special general meeting held yesterday.The new constitution requires an executive committee of seven persons. From the nominations the following were elected: Sylvain Maurin (FFVL), Richard Gowers (BKSA) and John Gomes (US Sailing).
