Official ISAF statement about the PKRA status

We regret to announce, that the PKRA has declared not to accept the International Sailing Federations (ISAF) mediation result after more than one month of intense negotiations.This has forced ISAF Secretary General, Mr. Jerome Pels, to issue this formal statement to PKRA president Mauricio Toscano:
