Kari >> 1st in Freestyle, Race and Waves>> Canada KPWT

I have now been 10 days in Canada for the KPWT 5th stop and it’s really nice to be here.  The nature is amazing and it’s perfect for kiting. There are a lot of lagoons where you can ride nearly alone with super flat water.

We finished all the disciplines, single and double in waves and freestyle and we also did some racing. We did 3 races in light wind. I was on my Zephyr 17m kite and it was perfect. I won 3 out of 3 races and I am really happy that I brought my new Zephyr kite.

In the waves I was again fighting with Kristy Johns and this time I knew we were going to have single and double. I won the first final and I was really happy to beat her for the first time. For the double I was a bit nervous, but I decided to just go for it. I won the waves and I am super happy to finally be on top here.

Freestyle was in one of the lagoons and it was perfect conditions. Gisella Pulido was not here and that made it easier to fight to the top. I won single and double and I was a bit surprised and really happy.

Now I am going to Sardinia for the girl event together with Eirinn and Renzo. I cant wait to go... see you all there…. !!!
