Last night Dakhla city welcomed the KPWT and its riders in extravagant style.The opening ceremony was held at the main square in the city centre and invited all to share in the KPWT experience.The opening ceremony included:- The Wali of the Region Oued Eddahab Lagouira- The President of the Regional Counsel- The President of the Provincial Counsel- Elected Members of the region.- The High ranking members of the Military- The President of all Social Associations- The Delegates of the Region
