Irish Team Riders in Sligo Finals

It seems like Ireland is going off the scale with wind and waves at the moment, with some more news just in from Mark MC, our Ozone dedicated rider in the Emerald Isle. He was in a comp alongside the young and very talented Stefan Vance, well done lads keep on ripping, it nearly winter there!!!

Hi all,

Just dropping a quick word to let you all know that we have being doing well in the Irish comps.  To be honest its the first proper comp of the year as the winds really kicked in for us on this occasion. Gusting up to 40 knots in the morning we made it though the heats with our 6 and 3 meter Instinct Lights to make it to the finals with wee Stefan finishing 3rd and myself runner up in 4th.  Conditions were fairly extreme with very gusty onshore winds, huge swell and shifting tides but we did ourselves proud and we were very happy to be part of an excellent event.

We are now looking forward to the final round in the Irish tour and hope to be up at the top with the best riders in the country once again.  The European Speed Championship is also coming to our little Island in October and again we are looking to make an impression and take part in what promises to be an amazing event.
