Amendment to the IKA class rules

Following the decision of the class AGM, ISAF has published an amendmend to the class rules at their website (http://www.sailing.org/classes/31119.php)C.1.2    LINE LENGTHThe maximum distance measured from the middle point of the bar to any point of the kite shall be 45 meters.
