Deteriorating weather conditions cause for delays at PKRA Cabarete

PKRA Race Director Erik Troostheide announced at the 11:30am rider’s meeting, “the wind is not 100% suitable but looks to be picking up in strength so we will attempt a start at 12:30pm.â€
