Revised Kite Course Racing Rules published

The new rulebook contains the rule changes made for the upcoming printed version of the 2013 ISAF Racing Rules of Sailing that have been approved during the November ISAF annual conference.The latest version of the rules can be downloaded here (images/documents/manuals/AppendixBBJan2012.pdf).
