During our ongoing product quality monitoring applied to retailed items, we have noted that some “UPS” in very limited quantity could present a conformity fault.
This is why with safety and foresight in mind we have engaged in a recall procedure covering all the manufactured parts.
We apologize for any eventual nuisance bound to this unexpected event and we hope that this preventive measure will find your full support and understanding.

RECALL ON KITE PART

Identification of the faulty part:
Identified risk:
While riding, the faulty part is susceptible to rupture. This potential risk represents a danger to the rider and bystanders.
Consequently, if your are in a possession of a kite involved in this recall procedure, we strongly recommend you to stop using it and to immediately order a replacement part from F-one.
Exchange procedure:
F-one has implemented an international free of charge exchange procedure for the faulty part.
Within this exchange procedure, there are two distinct situations:
1) You reside in France
We ask for you to send us by mail, electronic at
foneups@f-onekites.com or postal at F-one, Centre Commercial le Solis, Avenue de la Mer, 34970 Lattes, FRANCE the following information:
- Name
- Address
- Phone number
- Name and address of the retailer
- Date of purchase and receipt
Upon reception of your mail, F-One will send you in a reasonable time frame a replacement part along with detailed instructions on how to exchange the two parts. Once you have received the replacement part, we ask that you send back to F-one the faulty part using the provided prepaid envelope.
2) You reside outside France
We invite you to get in touch with the retailer from which you have purchased the kite concerned with this recall procedure, with the faulty part.
Your retailer will be able to hand you a replacement part with the detailed instructions on how to proceed with the exchange of the two parts.
