Yes the Naish Shockwave is their flat kite or SLE (Supported Leading Edge). The don't like using the term bow kite. It is designed with waveriding in mind because that type of riding needs the big depower range. It will be expensive like other SLE kites. It will come in 7,9,12,16 sizes and be available in December. Naish and North are both predicting that the SLE kites are specialized and will not be as popular as Cabrinha thinks. In fact North is not producing a SLE kite at all. Ocean Rodeo will have a new SLE kite but they also feel it will appeal to only a part of the market.
